Intensive Period #1 - Physical Activity Tracking

Your first intensive period challenge is to focus on physical activity. You may do moderate or vigorous intensity aerobic activity, or a mix of the two each week. These activities are considered in ADDITION to your “normal” work day. Use the tracking form linked below to ensure you complete the challenge. The self-learning modules are available to those who are unable to perform physical activity safely.
