Body Composition Screening
A special scale is used to measure body composition (muscle, fat and other tissue/bodily fluids). Gives daily calorie intake and recommendations.
Complete Health Risk Assessment
Blood sample (finger) is screened for the following tests: glucose, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides. Biometric measurements are taken (blood pressure, weight, height, etc.) Results determine current health status and a detailed health analysis is provided.
Early Detection Health Assessment
A Registered Nurse performs health assessment to determine overall wellness. Includes: blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, weight/BMI, brief examination (head, eyes, ears, throat, lungs, extremities, and any other general concerns).
Glucose Screening
Blood screening (finger) for sugar levels that may indicate diabetes.
Lead Screening
Blood (arm) collection only – sample is sent out for testing.
Lipid Profile
Blood screening (finger) for cholesterol, HDL, non-HDL, and triglycerides. Provides good analysis of blood flow.

CPR/First Aid Training
A Certified American Heart Association and Red Cross Instructor/Trainer provides educational training.
Tobacco Cessation
Conducted by our Respiratory Therapists, this high-quality, effective class includes, visuals, support, class discussion, and monitoring.

Vaccinations
Flu Vaccination
Vaccination covers one season.
Hepatitis B Vaccination
A series of three vaccinations, the second at least one month after the first, the third at least five months after the second.
Hepatitis B Vaccination Titer
Blood screen (arm) establishes immunity to Hepatitis B, performed 6-8 weeks after the series of three is complete.
Tetanus and Diphtheria Vaccination
Vaccination to protect against tetanus and diphtheria – recommended every 10 years.
Infection Control
Tuberculosis Skin Test
A Registered Nurse conducts test (arm prick) and checks results between 48-72 hours later. Requires two visits.
Blood and Contaminated Body Fluid Exposure Follow Up
Collection only – samples are sent out to be tested for exposure; need to be tested within 1-2 hours of incident. Lab tests are billed separately (HIV, Hep B, Hep C, etc.)
Occupational Health
Ergonomic Work-site Assessments
A therapist, trained in ergonomic studies, examines and verifies an adequate work environment as it relates to body positioning, body movements, and necessary activities to perform the job. A complete analysis is provided, with recommendations to help prevent work-related injuries, assist injured or recovering employees, and comply with the American Disabilities Act.
One-On-One Fitness Educational Consultant
Educational or consulting services to meet your health and fitness needs, including strengthening demonstrations, spine care, and injury prevention.
Pre-Placement Job Specific Evaluation
Designed to help employers assess an individual employee or applicant’s ability to safely perform the essential functions of a specific job; assists employers in complying with the American Disabilities Act.
Work Conditioning
Assists an injured employee in attaining maximum function after an injury.
Audiograms
Basic hearing test. Audiologist available if further screening is needed.

Alcohol & Other Drugs
Breath Alcohol Test
Test must be done at CCH. Tests for recent alcohol use (within two hours). If test is positive, confirmatory test is conducted at CCH.

Education is provided for employees and supervisors (separately).
Drug Testing
Collection and Lab
A urine test screens for the following five drugs: Cocaine, PCP, THC, Morphine, and Amphetamine (Non-DOT) only).
