Spring is a season of change and growth. When it finally arrives, we all seem to become energized, eager to spend time outdoors after the long winter hibernation.
At Columbus Community Hospital, our caring staff is ready to assist you in developing an exercise program right for you through our rehabilitation department and education classes; create a nutritional plan through our nutrition and diabetes education services; and keep your home and community safe through our medication take back programs, which we hold twice a year.
The first step to making any change in your life is becoming informed. Information may be in the form of our radio show, “Well into the Future,” broadcast twice a month on WBEV, or it may be in the form of one of our staff members providing information at an area health fair or event. Our quarterly newsletter and website are also excellent vehicles to receive health information. In addition, many of our education programs are free of charge, and can give you the jump start you need to make a positive change in your health and wellbeing.
