Columbus Community Hospital Foundation was incorporated in 1994 as a non-profit organization to assist the Columbus Community Hospital in providing outstanding health care services and promoting health throughout the area it serves. The Foundation’s mission is to raise funds to help support the hospital and its various programs.

WELLNESS WALKWAY DEDICATION BRICKS NOW AVAILABLE!
Columbus Community Hospital constructed a Wellness Walkway around the perimeter of the hospital campus. The walkway is used by patients, visitors, hospital staff and community members. Dedication bricks and benches have been placed along the walkway for all to see.
Dedication bricks offer a wonderful way to honor or memorialize a loved one, or celebrate and commemorate a special occasion in your life. Three sizes of bricks are available (4" x 8" - $30; 8" x 8" - $60; 12" x 12" - $150). To purchase a dedication brick, click on the icon below to open the form. Complete the form and mail it to:
