The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional who provides leadership for other members of the patient care team. The RN performs patient age-specific physical, psychological, and social assessments, formulates a nursing diagnosis and then develops a plan of care, which includes individualized treatment strategies. The RN manages, organizes, and provides direct patient care incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities. The RN is responsible for triaging patients presenting to the E.D. and beginning the patient assessment according to the triage priorities. The RN is responsible for assuring the implementation of the plan of care for the patients, if delegated to other staff. The RN participates in education of the patient/family and other health team members, incorporating health maintenance, disease process, and discharge planning. The RN performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Current Wisconsin license as a Registered Nurse. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is desirable. CPR certification. Computer knowledge preferred. ACLS certification within first year of employment. Experience in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing preferred
HOURS: PM's & Nights, e/o Friday 7pm-7am.

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for performing assessments designed to gather data relevant to the patients individual respiratory care needs, developing a plan of care, implementing the plan, providing treatment and diagnostic services, organizing care, and evaluation of the effective ness of the treatment/care provided. The Respiratory Therapist performs pulmonary function testing, sleep study testing, EKG services and a variety of other services. The Respiratory Therapist is also responsible for patient, family, and staff education as it relates to pulmonary care.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist Preferred. Respiratory Therapist Certification. Valid license in these state of Wisconsin. CPR Certification

The Obstetrical, Newborn and Gynecological Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the patient care team. The RN provides nursing care for adults, adolescents, elderly, and newborns through physical, psychological and social assessments and then formulates a nursing diagnosis, and develops an individualized plan of care. The RN manages, organizes, and provides direct patient care incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities. Education of patient’s family and other health care team members is provided by the RN, incorporating health maintenance, disease process and discharge planning. May be required to work on other units according to the distribution of staff and patients and individual competency. REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Baccalaureate degree preferred. Valid nursing license for the state of Wisconsin. Current CPR. NRP certification. STABLE certification strongly encouraged. A minimum of one-two years of experience on a Medical/Surgical unit or an equivalent is preferred.

Assists the director in the hiring of employees for their respective areas. Responsible for performance evaluations when appropriate. Responsible for communicating defined expectations to the staff and providing or developing the support, skill set and competencies needed for the roles. Supervisors assist the director in staff development and identifying the strengths of the staff. Assist the director in coaching, mentoring, and staff recognition. Responsible for ensuring the department is staffed in accordance with established guidelines, with quality, patient safety and fiduciary expectations in mind. Performs patient age-specific physical, psychological, and social assessments, formulates a nursing diagnosis and then develops a plan of care which includes individualized treatment strategies. The RN House Supervisor manages, organizes and provides direct patient care, incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities by floating to the area of greatest patient need. The RN House Supervisor has the overall responsibility for oversight during an assigned shift, coordinating as necessary with the Administrator on Call, of all operating components of the hospital corporation. The House Supervisor is responsible for implementing the Emergency Preparedness Plans for the corporation. He/she is given access to the Pharmacy in the absence of the Pharmacist for filling medications for the nursing units. He/she is active in and provides leadership for house-wide and/or unit activities.
REQUIREMENTS: Current Wisconsin license as a registered nurse. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is desirable. CPR certification. ACLS certification. NRP certification. PALS preferred. Computer knowledge is preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred

The staff Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations through the use of evaluation methods and techniques, exercise, equipment, and physical agents to improve strength, balance coordination, range of motion, and to decrease pain to restore a patient's optimal mobility and functional ability, as well as provide education for the prevention of further injuries.
EDUCATION:
Doctorate, masters degree or baccalaureate degree in PT from a fully accredited physical therapy program. Valid PT license in the State of WI. CPR certification. Computer knowledge preferred. Experience in clinical PT preferred. |
