The Volunteers of Columbus Community Hospital recently installed new officers for the 2010-2011 fiscal year.

The Volunteers of CCH currently have about 100 members who volunteer and raise funds for Columbus Community Hospital. The volunteers donated over 8,000 hours to the hospital in 2009.

Upcoming fundraising events include a uniform sale Nov. 18, the Lights of Love Dec. 5, a cookie walk Dec. 6, and the Nut Man Dec. 14. A Lights of Love donation form will be inserted in the Nov. 20 and Nov. 27 issues of the Columbus Journal.

Officers for 2011 are Arline Wisniewski (Reeseville), president; Barbara Lauersdorf (Reeseville), vice president; Emogene Johnson (Columbus), 2nd vice president; Sally Price (Columbus), secretary, and Clara Sennhenn (Columbus), treasurer.
