Treat yourself to a day of fun at pampering at Columbus Community Hospital’s Spring Into a New You, Saturday, April 9 at Columbus Community Hospital.
The event begins at 8 a.m. with a special breakfast, welcoming gift, and a free massage. The morning continues with education and speakers, including exercise, nutrition, self defense and more! The event concludes at 11:30 a.m.
Free blood pressure screenings will be offered. Limited to 75 participants.
