Columbus Community Hospital  and Vogel Bros. Building Co. are seeking bids from local contractors for the hospital’s Phase III renovation project.

The project consists of remodeling and renovation on the first, second and third floors of the hospital, including the pharmacy, cardio-pulmonary and sleep center, women’s and childbirth services center, and a swing bed unit.

Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. of Milwaukee is serving as the architect for the project. Vogel Bros. Building Co. of Madison is the construction manager.

Bids for the project are due at 2 p.m. Oct. 21. Faxed and emailed bids will be accepted. The bidding documents (drawings, specifications and addenda) are available by contacting Vogel Bros. Building Co. Documents are on file for inspection at the architect’s office. Documents may also be viewed online at www.isqft.com or at Vogel Bros. Building Co., 2701 Packers Ave., Madison.

Bidding documents are available on a computer disk in pdf file format. The CD may be obtained from the construction manager for a non-refundable fee of $25 per CD including shipping and handling. Checks should be made payable to Vogel Bros. Building Co.
