Charles Hansell, MD, has joined the Dean/St. Mary’s Regional Clinic in Waterloo. Dr. Hansell, who has practiced for over 30 years, is currently seeing patients at the Dean/St. Mary’s Regional Clinic in Columbus and Waterloo. As of February 2011, Dr. Hansell will see patients fulltime in Waterloo as a Family Medicine physician, providing comprehensive health care to infants, children, adolescents and adults.

“I am excited about joining the Waterloo Clinic with its friendly atmosphere and being in a great community,” says Dr. Hansell. “I look forward to working with the outstanding staff currently there to provide exceptional healthcare to my new patients in the Waterloo area.”

In addition to seeing patients at the Waterloo Clinic he will continue as an active medical staff member at Columbus Community Hospital with admitting privileges. His current patients who receive care through the Dean/St. Mary’s Regional Clinic in Columbus will have the option of continuing to see Dr. Hansell at the Waterloo Clinic or working with the Dean/St. Mary’s Regional Clinic staff to transition to a different provider in the Columbus clinic.

He will continue to admit patients to Columbus Community Hospital, which will provide a seamless transition for his patients.”
