The Five Class Series is designed for the first time parent/parents. The focus of the class is to help the mother and support person work as a team and to help you understand the pregnancy. You will learn relaxation techniques to make this the kind of delivery you can look back on and appreciate.
Cost: $50.00 if Delivering at Columbus Community Hospital, $100 if Delivering at another site.
