A Message from the CEO

This last year at Columbus Community Hospital can be summed up with one word: change. From implementing a new electronic medical
records system to re-energizing our commitment to providing high quality care,
2012 was quite the year. I’m proud to say our dedicated team members have
embraced these changes and are constantly striving for excellence.
CCH has also embraced the changing needs of the
communities we serve by adding four new doctors to our team of highly skilled
physicians. In addition, we’ve kicked off our athletic training program by
partnering with the Columbus School District to provide services for our high
school athletes. It is our goal to expand this program into other school
districts within our service area.
Quality is and will remain our top priority for 2013.
Part of our commitment to our patients includes involving our own team members
and medical staff in our Patient Excellence And Quality Team. The team’s sole
purpose is to improve the patient experience here at CCH. Where quality is
concerned, change is a good thing. We will continue to move the bar higher and
higher and settle for nothing less than the best for our patients.
One thing that won’t change is our unwavering commitment to you. Since
1907 we have been providing excellent care to you and your family and plan to
continue to do so for many years to come.
In good health,
John Russell
President & CEO
